What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive the details you enter: your name, company, work email, phone number or country if given, and information about your shipment or rate request. We also record how you reached the site (for example a campaign link or the website that referred you) so we know which channels work.

Why we use it

We use your details to reply to your enquiry and prepare a quote. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and, where you go on to book, taking steps to enter into a contract. If you tick the updates box, we will send occasional rate and capacity updates on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Who processes it for us

Enquiries are delivered by Formspree, a form service, and the website is hosted by Cloudflare. Both act as our processors. Some of their processing takes place outside the UK, under safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or equivalent. Analytics and cookies

We measure visits with privacy friendly analytics that do not use cookies or identify you personally. This website does not set cookies.

How long we keep it
